| After the mixing and charging truck is loaded with normal-temperature non-explosive emulsion matrix and sensitizer solution in an emulsion matrix preparation station, it is driven to the blasting site. The power of the charge system is provided by the truck engine. Through power take-off (PTO), it drives a variable piston hydraulic oil pump. The oil pump drives the motor of the hydraulic system and makes the blending, mixing and pumping mechanisms work to complete the delivery, charge and sensitization of emulsion matrix and realize integration of blasthole charging and explosive preparation. The emulsion matrix eventually is sensitized in the blasthole into emulsion explosive. Through an on-board automation system, the truck realizes online monitoring and control of operating parameters and safety parameters, a high degree of automation and accurate measurement and proportion. The emulsion matrix may be produced in a stationary (or mobile) emulsion matrix preparation station or a commercial emulsion explosive factory. |
